Payment in non-EU countries

Simple, uncomplicated payment
To keep payment simple and uncomplicated for you and for ourselves, we have decided to allow payments by credit card, cash on delivery or payment in advance with 2% discount, 5% discount for orders above €1.000,-. From your second order and having settled an order volume of €250,-, we also offer you the option of paying by invoice within 14 days (net).

Do I have to pay German VAT?
For orders with invoicing and delivery addresses in a non-EU member state (e.g. Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Iceland) we will not charge you German VAT. You will pay only your own country’s VAT or import sales tax when you receive the goods.

What costs are applicable to deliveries in non-EU countries?
The shipping company, UPS or other agency will charge you customs handling fees for customs handling. We will reimburse you for these fees upon presentation of the receipt. For goods whose country of origin is outside of the EU, the authorities in countries outside of the EU will charge additional customs duty. We will also reimburse you for these possible customs duties upon presentation of the receipt.

Which goods do the duties apply to?
All brand products offered by light11 are manufactured in the EU and are subject to preferential customs treatment. For these products, there is no customs duty for delivery to non-EU countries countries.
