Delivery within Europe

Do you want to know when you will receive your goods?
If we receive your order before noon Monday to Friday, your goods will be delivered to the address you have provided the  next working day (Mon.-Fri.). Please see the map for the delivery times to other countries. Deliveries are made on week days.
Are your goods currently unavailable?
Use the tracking tool to simply and conveniently find out your order status. You can view all orders which light11 is currently processing for you. To use this service, click on  My light11. You will then receive an overview of your orders and their statuses.
Have your goods already been dispatched, but you have not yet received them?
Go to www.ups.com and enter the UPS package number provided in the order status to find out the status of your delivery.
