Where possible, please inform the UPS delivery person of the damage immediately. To enable us to quickly send you a replacement in these rare cases, please send us a short e-mail containing a description of the damage and your order number.Are your goods incomplete? On rare occasions, you may receive goods in two or more deliveries on two separate days.
