I placed an order on Monday, Tuesday was a public holiday and on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock I received a call from UPS worker. The floorlamp has arrived in my town! Just let you know that I have well received my order and that I am extremely satisfied with the quality of your services. I have been delivered within two days after I have placed the order. The lamp was well packed and couldn't suffer from the shipment. You propose this product to a very competitive price without comparison with what you can find out in Belgian shops.
I have to say that I am used to shop around the web and that I have never felt the need so far to give a positive feedback to a vendor....
If I have to temper my enthusiasm, I would just suggest to develop an English version of your website. With such profile, the German market isn't big enough for your company !
